 Bernadette Kamara is a Board Member of the Sierra Leone Arc of Hope. She is President & CEO of KBM Financial Services, an insurance brokerage firm in the D.C. Metropolitan area

Bernadette is licensed in the states of Virginia and Maryland, plus the District of Columbia to provide financial services. She holds Real Estate Licenses in both Virginia and Maryland, and she is an associate with Exit All Star Realty. Bernadette Kamara is the Treasurer for the Sierra Leone America Business Association (SLABA), and she chaired SLABA’s first fundraiser event that benefited maternal health and women empowerment in Sierra Leone. Prior to establishing her own company, Bernadette was Assistant Branch Manager for SunTrust Bank, and later Senior Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia bank. Bernadette holds an Associate degree in Information Systems Technology and Networking from Northern Virginia Community College. She is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, Maryland. |
